I've had an office in the diamond district on 47th street and worked with several different loose diamond, gold mounting, casting, findings suppliers as well as skilled laborers and contractors. AA: G Color + / VS2 Clarity + / Ideal, 3EX makes
AB: H - I color + / SI2 Clarity + / Ideal, 3EX makes
Price
There needs to be a balance between price & quality. We offer consistent pricing, and can be transparent with diamond price/ct vs Gold & labor costs separately if required for volume orders.
Consistency
It has been our strongest suit to provide consistency in price, quality and turn-around time. We believe that every business runs on integrity, and our quality & pricing
In most cases, we offer 2-3 week turn-around on all product, and can also rush to fill quicker delivery times upon request.
Warranty / Support
Last but not least - we stand by our product, and will take care of repairs and/or labor intensive jobs with just as much priority and care as we do new orders. We offer warranty repairs on all the product we offer, which includes product which you've already sold to your clients.
