How We Work: Quality, Confidentiality and Repeat Orders

Nivelle is a third-generation New York jeweler, in the trade since 1978. Our New York office manages a global manufacturing network built over three generations, and every program runs through that office from first sample to every reorder.

1. Choose your styles

Start from our wholesale catalog of lab-grown and natural diamond jewelry in 14K gold, or bring your own design. We specify setting style, diamond weight, length and metal to fit your assortment.

2. Your brand on every piece

Private label programs can carry your logo and hallmark. Every private label program is covered by a non-disclosure agreement, so your designs, pricing and client relationship stay confidential.

3. Samples and approval

Sampling terms are confirmed on your quote. Production starts only after you approve the sample, and that approved sample becomes the standard every future order is checked against.

4. Quality control

Every piece is inspected by our experienced New York team, followed by IGI or GSI screening. A piece that does not match the approved standard does not ship.

5. Reorders that match

Reorders are made to the same specification as the pieces you have already sold, so your case looks consistent season after season. In-stock styles have no minimum order. Private label and made-to-order minimums, lead times and terms are confirmed on your quote.
