Who do you work with?
Jewelry retailers, jewelry brands selling online or wholesale, corporate gifting buyers and international brands. We sell to trade accounts only.
Is there a minimum order?
In-stock styles have no minimum order. Private label and made-to-order programs have minimums that are confirmed on your quote.
Can you put our logo on the jewelry?
Yes. Private label programs can carry your logo and hallmark.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. Every private label program is covered by a non-disclosure agreement.
How does sampling work?
Sampling terms are quoted per program. Production starts after you approve the sample.
How do you check quality?
Every piece is inspected by our experienced New York team, followed by IGI or GSI screening, and checked against your approved sample.
Do you offer lab-grown and natural diamonds?
Yes. Our focus is lab-grown diamond jewelry in 14K gold, and our natural diamond range remains available. See lab-grown and natural.
Will reorders match what we already sold?
Yes. Every reorder is made to the same specification as your approved pieces.
Where is the jewelry made?
Our New York office manages a global manufacturing network built over three generations, and many natural diamond pieces are made in New York City.
How long does production take?
Lead times are confirmed on your quote, because they depend on the styles, quantities and metal you choose.
